Renewing your account using a credit card
Paying your subscription using a credit card is the recommended method of renewing your account. When you pay using credit card your account is instantly reactivated, giving your staff access to view their interviews and your administrators access to manage your events.
When you need to renew your subscription, or reactivate your account after a period of inactivity:
- Log into Parent Events as an Administrator.
- Visit the Settings page.
- Visit the Billing section.
- Click the Pay using Credit Card button.
You'll be prompted to enter your card details, and be shown the amount you'll be charged for your subscription. Once your payment is successful, your account will be reactivated. Teachers or staff already logged in may need to log out and back in for the changes to take effect.
Parent Events uses Stripe as their payment processor. We use tokenized payments, meaning your credit card details are not stored or transmitted using Parent Events for your security.
