Why am I not receiving emails?

If you are not receiving emails from Parent Events, check your junk or spam folder to see if they are being miscategorized as spam. This is the primary reason for emails not being delivered.

Check that your account is registered using the correct email address and that you are checking the right account, such as your school email address.

If you still cannot receive emails, get in touch with our support team and we'll check to see if your email address has been blocked from our system. This can occur due to several reasons:

  • messages we've sent in the past have bounced back to us, which is usually due to a specific issue with your email server.
  • you have actively unsubscribed from our emails using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
  • you have actively marked our emails as spam within your email client.

We'll confirm with you before unblocking your email address.
