Resetting a password
Staff can reset their password from the sign-in page by clicking the Forgot Your Password link. We'll send an email to the email address entered with further instructions if an account exists.
If the email hasn't been received within 5 minutes, confirm that the email hasn't been filed into a Junk or Spam folder. If after multiple attempts no email has been received, please contact us and we'll verify if the email has been sent or not.
