Shared time slots

Shared time slots allow your staff to see multiple attendees at once, rather than a one-on-one conference.

Attendees are unaware of who else has booked the time slot they are about to book. Until the maximum number of parents has booked a particular time slot, that time slot will remain available for them to book.

When setting up or managing your event, you can customize how many bookings can be made for each time slot. The default is one booking per time slot, but up to 10 bookings per time slot for each staff member can be set.
