I've lost my password

If you have lost or forgotten the password to your Parent Events account, you can request a password reset link to be sent to your registered email address.

Go to your school event website, and choose the Sign in option, and then the Forgot your Password? option. Enter your email address to request a password reset link.

The email containing your password reset link will be delivered within 5 minutes, and contains additional instructions on setting a new password. If this email doesn't arrive after 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folders, or contact our support team who'll be able to assist.
