Changing or resetting your password
You can update your password at any time, or, if you've forgotten your password, you can reset it.
Changing your password
If you'd like to change your password you can do so from your account settings. You'll will need your original password in order to do this.
- When signed into Parent Events, select your name in the top-right hand corner.
- Choose the Change Password option in the left-hand side menu.
- Enter your current password, and your new password.
If you've forgotten your password
If you can't remember your password to sign in, you can use the Forgot your Password link on the sign-in page to request a reset to your email address.
We'll send you a link that will prompt you to change your password. This link can only be used once. If you do not receive an email with a link within 10 minutes, get in touch with our support team.
