You can control what staff members are allowed to do across your events from the Staff section in the Settings page.
📄️ Profile tags

Profile tags are short, colour-coded labels you can attach to those profiles to categorise and identify people in a way that suits how your school works. Single sign-on (SSO) allows your staff to log into [[THEME_NAME]] using their school credentials through your identity provider (IdP), such as Azure AD, Google Workspace, or any identity provider that supports SAML 2.0.
